With three decades of frontline and executive experience, I help leaders, teams, and boards fundraise better together.
I’ve worked inside and alongside nonprofits—including those navigating financial distress. I've seen fundraising falter when it becomes disconnected from economic reality, outpaced by program growth, and undermined by misaligned teams and boards.
As a nonprofit strategy consultant, my role is to bridge these gaps, tailoring the right solutions for your needs. Together, we’ll clarify what’s driving your financial results, align your team and board around the right priorities, and build systems that support reliable revenue. My approach is pragmatic, evidence-based, and grounded in a deep understanding of nonprofit cultures and business, marketing, and fundraising practices.
Over the course of my career, I’ve partnered with Presidents and CEOs to raise millions of dollars annually. But I’ve also built fundraising teams and programs from the ground up. My leadership experience ranges from research-one universities to regional nonprofits. I’ve led billion-dollar campaigns and funded state-of-the-art facilities.
But my passion is working with small and mid-sized organizations, setting them up for success in an economically uncertain world—where every decision matters.

Excellence
Fundraising is too important for shortcuts. Results you can depend on require clear strategy, disciplined execution, and a commitment to measurable outcomes.
Partnership
Fundraising is a team sport. We collaborate with leaders, staff, and boards—integrating diverse perspectives and aligning them through a strategic lens so everyone pulls in the same direction.
Lasting improvement begins by asking hard questions and challenging assumptions. We balance respect for organizational culture with proven practices and evidence-based decision-making.
Joy
Fundraising is serious work—but nothing could be more meaningful. It becomes deeply rewarding when strategy is achievable and teams are aligned.
